New Cottage cheese and semolina pudding for breakfast.




150 kcal per 100 grams
Ingredients: 250-gram pack of cottage cheese, low-fat or bold 3-5%
1 cup milk 2
table. spoons of semolina


1 egg 2 Tbsp. spoons of sugar
0,5 cup low-fat sour cream Milk
put on the fire, pour in the boiling milk semolina, cook for 7-8 minutes until soft. Cool. In a small baking tin, previously greased, put cottage cheese. To drive the egg, pour the sugar and stir. Put the remaining cream of wheat and filling, mix again. Pour cream on top and bake in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Cool and put on a plate portions. Serve with sour cream, yogurt, yogurt or jam (for older children).
