New Chocolate cakes of all





Ingredients:
Dough:
2 cups sugar

1,75 cups flour 3/4 cup cocoa

1,5 teaspoon baking powder
1,5 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon

salt 2 eggs 1 cup milk

1/2 cup vegetable oil 2 teaspoons

vanilla 1 cup boiling water

Glaze:
85 g butter softened
2,6 cup powdered sugar 1/2 cup cocoa

1/3 cup milk 1 teaspoon
vanillin
chocolate confetti for decoration

Preparation:
Heat the oven to 180 degrees. 2 forms for cakes with a diameter of 20 cm grease and sprinkle with butter flour.
Sift sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt and pour the bowl in the mixer. Beat the eggs, pour the milk, butter and vanilla. Beat at medium speed for about 2 minutes. Pour boiling water (batter will be liquid) and whisk again. Pour the dough in forms.
Bake the cakes for 30-35 minutes, check the readiness of a toothpick. Let cool for about 10 minutes and remove from the molds. Totally cool.
Completely cooled cake layers promazhte between glaze each other and over the entire surface outside. Garnish with chocolate confetti.

Glaze:
butter, whisk in a blender. Gradually add powdered sugar and cocoa, alternating with milk. Add the vanilla and beat until smooth. For the cake will take about half the glaze.
