Ingredients:
100g butter 125g sugar
1ch.l. clove (or 50pcs. dry)
3cm ginger
½ch.l.
salt 500g flour
100g caster sugar 250g honey
3ch.l. cilantro
1ch.l. ground cinnamon 1 egg
10g cocoa baking powder 10g
40ml lemon juice
over medium heat warm up the honey, butter and sugar until complete dissolution of the latter and remove from heat.

In oil-honey mixture add salt, cocoa and spices shunt. When cool to warm condition, mix with egg. Flour mixed with baking powder and gradually add to the gingerbread mixture. We reserve the dough for 3-4 hours.
Roll out it on baking paper and cut out figures using molds. Remove excess dough.
Bake 12-15 minutes at 200 °.
Prepare glaze. In a bowl, mix the icing sugar with the lemon juice. Mix gradually need to glaze it has not turned out too thin. At 100 grams of powder accounts for about 2 tablespoons of liquid.
* You can mix the powder with water or milk instead of lemon juice.
Place the icing in pastry syringe well or envelope of parchment paper.
