New Puff pastry sticks with ham





Ingredients:

flaky yeast dough 250 g

Ham 35 g
jerked chicken egg 1 piece.

Preparation:

1. Puff pastry roll out a long thin layer so that its width is equal to the length of the strips of ham. Jerked ham (Parma ham or jamon) spread out over the surface of the dough.

2. Cut the dough with ham crosswise into strips about 2 cm.

3. Twist each strip into a tight spiral and put on a baking sheet, laid by baking paper. Each spiral to grease with beaten egg and bake in a preheated 190 gr. oven. Bake for about 20 minutes. until golden brown.
