Ingredients:
- 400g potatoes
- 40ml vegetable oil
- ½ tsp grated nutmeg
- 50g butter
- 100g ham
- 1 onion
- 60g cream cheese
Preparation:
Peel the potatoes, cut in half and cut midway, leaving a wall thickness of 5 mm. I do not think of anything better than to do it with a teaspoon.
The resulting cups fry in vegetable oil. The core of the potatoes to boil in salted water.
Drain, season with nutmeg and butter, crushed.
Onion rubbed on a grater and finely chop the ham. All fry. All mixed with boiled potatoes. Stuff the potato cups cooked weight. Cut into thin slices and place on top of the cheese, potatoes each. Preheat oven to 170 degrees. Bake potatoes at this temperature for 20-30 minutes.
