Ingredients:
- 400g cod fillets without skin or walleye,
- 4 tablespoons bread crumbs,
- salt,
- 1-2 bulbs,
- 400g canned tomatoes in tomato juice,
- 200g white mushrooms (I have mushrooms),
- Vegetable oil, pepper, herbs.
Preparation:
Onions clean, chop in a blender or rub on a small terke.Dobavit fish fillet and grind in a blender so that the stuffing was with slices. Add breadcrumbs, pepper, salt and mix thoroughly. Mushrooms cut and fry in vegetable oil. Add tomatoes with juice, a little water, simmer on medium heat for about 20 minutes to boil. Form of minced meatballs of equal size, put them into the sauce, cover, simmer for about 10 minutes. Turn the meatballs and a little stew. Serve the meatballs hot, garnished with potatoes or rice. Garnish with herbs. Bon Appetit!
