Ingredients:
2 eggs 300 ml milk 2 tablespoons
sugar
pinch of salt 300 g flour tsp
2,5
baking powder 60g melted butter
Preparation:
1. Egg whisk with milk and sugar. In a separate bowl sift flour with salt and baking powder. Connects the two mix and knead stiff dough.
Pour the melted butter and mix well again. Give stand for 5 minutes
2. Heat the pan on the fire a little below average. Lubricate with oil. Pour about a half tablespoon Test and distribute it slightly in the shape of circle. Layer of dough should be about 4 mm. Bake about 1-2 minutes, turn over and bake for another minute.
