Ingredients
½ small head of cabbage, cut into strips
1-2 carrots, cut into strips
1 large onion, cut into strips
2-4 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
200-300 grams of mushrooms (any), not finely chopped 1 tablespoon
tomato paste (optional)
1 - 1 ½ tbsp hops-suneli Salt
black pepper Olive oil (or other vegetable)
Preparation
Wild mushrooms such as white birch, aspen pre boil.
When using mushrooms, Kremin, portobello, shiitake, chanterelle or mushrooms, do not need to boil.
In a deep frying pan or saucepan with a wide bottom part olikovogo warm oil. Add the onions, fry for 3-5 minutes.
Add garlic, passserovat 1 minute.
Add a little more oil, mushrooms and fry for about 5 minutes.
Add carrots, fry 1-2 minutes.

Tip:
Instead hops-suneli can add nutmeg and coriander.
