Ingredients:
Wheat flour 20 g
dough flaky yeast 500 g Ham

70 g 50 g romaine lettuce
Sesame 20 g
Preparation:
On a lightly floured surface, roll the dough into a rectangle of 5 mm thick. On top lay the ham.
Ham on a putting green. This can be a salad, basil, arugula or baby spinach.
Roll the dough roll, spinning a lower side of the rectangle.
Cut the roll into slices about 1 cm thick or slightly thicker. Spread on a baking sheet, laid by baking paper and sprinkle with a little sesame seeds.
Bake in a preheated 190 degrees oven for 25 minutes.
