(original recipe Martha Stewart)
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 kg of potatoes
- 1- 2 shallots or onions 2-3 cloves garlic
- a few sprigs of thyme or rosemary
- salt and pepper to taste
(possibly flakes of chilli taste for sprinkling)
Rozogret oven to 200 degrees.
oil mixed with vegetable oil. Shallots chopped (garlic, cut as you like)
potatoes cut into thin slices, 1-1.5 mm in thickness using a potato peeler.
Dish lubricate the fat, add up the potatoes, thyme, onion or garlic, dopravit according to your taste and pour the rest of the fat. The furnace, depending on the thickness of the layer (and the size of meals) from 45 minutes to one and a half hours,
