Ingredients:
Ground Beef - 500 g
mixture of Chinese spices (Japanese pepper (huatsze), star anise, cloves (head without legs), cinnamon, fennel.) - 2-3 tablespoons
Garlic - 3 cloves, giving c / o Press
Ginger - 1 tablespoon, giving c / o Press
Chili - 3 pieces, giving c / o Press < br> Zucchini - 1 piece, chopped
fish sauce - 2 teaspoons
half red bell pepper, cut into strips
Leek - 2 pieces, chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup
chopped basil - 1/2 cup Lime
Vermicelli or Chinese noodles - 85g
Coarse salt and ground pepper Preparation
:
Fry the mince in a pan, sprinkle in spices and a pinch of salt and pepper. Simmer. Add the garlic, ginger, chili.
Put the sliced zucchini in the pan and pour the fish sauce. Stir. Try it and if necessary, add more salt.
Boil in boiling water vershimel, drain and cool, rinse under cold water.
In a large bowl or salad bowl, combine cooked pasta, minced meat with vegetables, chopped pepper, basil, parsley and onion . Squeeze lime juice. Stir.
Serve with lime wedges.
