Ingredients:
200g.
butter 250 gr. 1 tsp curd
baking powder 300 gr.
flour sugar for sprinkling Preparation
soft butter mixed with curd into a homogeneous mass. Cottage cheese is better to take no grainy.
Flour mixed with baking powder.
Knead the dough, roll it out with a rolling pin, cut circles.
Pour sugar in a bowl, dip the slices on both sides and can lay down any form of cookies.
As options - a circle, a semicircle, tubes and as I have triangles with a skirt
Bake at 180 degrees on a baking sheet strewn baking paper.
When cookies will acquire a light golden color - it's ready.
Cool completely.
