2 table. tablespoons corn flour (rye)
1 table. teaspoon ground flakes 2 tablespoons
milled bran

1 tbsp fiber
1 egg (yolk and albumen)
serum
mix the dry ingredients, add a little milk (whey, kefir) hands a little grind, add egg yolk and mix. Put in a silicone mold, or in a greased making bumpers. Bake for about 15 minutes. 180 gr.
Cool, get out of shape, brush apricot "jam". Simply put apricots in a blender, add a little vanilla.
Garnish with raspberry, pour over the top with liquid honey.
