New Spicy Eggplant rolls





We need:
- medium eggplants 3 pcs .;
- large carrots;


- tomatoes 2 pcs .;
- seasoning for Korean carrots 1 tsp .;
- 3-4 cloves of garlic;
- small hot pepper 1 pc .;
- hard cheese 100 g;
- mayonnaise;
- Vegetable oil;
- greens.

Washed eggplant slice along the thin "tongues", folded into a bowl, sprinkle with salt - it helps to remove the bitterness of the eggplant. Ten minutes later, fry "tabs", shaking off excess salt on both sides. Roasted eggplant spread on a paper towel to remove excess oil.

Carrot Wash, peel grate on medium grater and fry in a pan, add the chopped tomatoes into cubes, previously, removing their skins.

In fried vegetable mixture, add seasoning and chopped hot peppers. Finely chop the garlic, add it to the mixture is well mixed.

Stuffing spread on "tabs" and turn off their rolls.
Finished rolls lay on a plate lined with green salad leaves.
