Ingredients:
- Smoked chicken breast - 350 g
- fresh mushrooms - 300 g
- Prunes - 200g
- eggs - 6 Pieces

- cucumber
- olives - some pieces
- mayonnaise
Method of preparation:
Salad "Favorite" is very similar in appearance I mean cake. Undoubtedly, this food is always decorate the holiday table. I recommend to take note of the festive salad recipe for the preparation of which requires a form of any kind. In it we add layers of salad ingredients, promazyvaya mayonnaise. The first layer - shredded smoked chicken breast. The second layer - grated egg yolks 6. The third layer - shredded prunes (previously soaked for several hours in boiling water). Fourth layer - mushrooms, fried with onions (sprinkle with salt and pepper). The fifth layer - cucumber, chopped straw (salt). Sixth layer - smoked breast. The top layer is made out as pictured. The bright part - three egg whites, grated on a fine grater. The dark part - three egg whites, grated on a fine grater a few minutes and boiled in strong tea. Dividing line - the crushed olives.
