Ingredients:
powdered gelatin - 7 g
Milk - 70 ml + 340 ml
Sugar - 140 g
Cocoa powder - 20 g
Salt - ¾ teaspoon Vanilla
- 2 teaspoons
Preparation:
Soak gelatin in 70 ml of milk. Sugar, cocoa, salt, and put the rest of the milk in a saucepan on a small fire. Stir and cook until boiling and the sugar is dissolved about 5 minutes. Immediately pour the milk with gelatin and mix well. Add vanilla.
Put in the freezer without a lid for 15 minutes, then close the cling film and keep 3-4 hours before solid chocolate.
Before serving, beat pudding can be hand mixer until smooth silky texture.
Lay on kremanki and serve.
