6-7 medium potatoes
150g. sour cream (15%)
salt and pepper to taste
paprika, dried tomatoes
1. Boil potatoes in their skins until tender, peel and cut into slices.
2. The fish is also cut into slices.
3. Mix the potatoes, fish, sour cream, salt and pepper.
4. Place the weight in the baking dish, sprinkle with paprika and dried tomatoes (if not, you can do without them). You can decorate with cheese.
5. Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 40-45 minutes.
